You are enough
Thank you for scanning me
Hi, I’m Metiya 🤍
If you’re reading this, we met on a busy London street maybe for a second, or long enough for a hug. Either way, I’m so glad our paths crossed.
The roses I handed out today were a little reminder that you are seen, you are appreciated, and you are enough.
Why I’m doing this 🌹
October 10 is World Mental Health Day, and it means a lot to me, because for a long time I struggled with my mental health while carrying burdens, trauma and shame that were never mine to carry.
Although I began speaking about some of my experiences in recent years, healing has been a long and difficult journey. But slowly and surely, I’ve started to find peace again, thanks to prayer, therapy and the kindness of people who reminded me that I matter.
Today, I wanted to be that reminder for someone else.
You Are Enough-The Purpose Journal
I wrote You Are Enough-The Purpose Journal to help you learn your worth, embrace who you are and discover the purpose woven throughout your life.
It’s a 12-month guided journal filled with affirmations, Scripture and reflections to help you recognise that you are loved, you are loving, and you are lovable.
