You are enough
Hi, I’m Metiya. If you’re reading this, we met today — maybe for a second on a busy London street, maybe long enough for a hug. Either way, I’m so glad our paths crossed.
That white rose wasn’t random. It’s a reminder, in case no one has told you lately: you are enough. Not once you’ve fixed everything. Not once you’ve healed. Right now, exactly as you are.
If today feels heavy
You don’t have to carry it alone. Talking to someone helps, even if you don’t know what to say yet.

Why I’m doing this
I carried something heavy in silence for a very long time. Healing came slowly — through God, through prayer, through therapy, and through people who reminded me my life had a purpose.
Some days, one kind word from a stranger is what keeps a person going. Today I wanted to be that stranger for you.
Why now
The 10th of October is World Mental Health Day. So many people are quietly carrying things alone, believing they’re a burden or that nothing will ever change.
Please hear it from someone who means it: your life matters, and there is a way forward.
