Do you feel at home within yourself? Coming back Do you feel at home within yourself?

Coming back home to me has meant taking time to learn how to build peace within myself. To be comfortable with the imperfect, the mistakes and the flaws but also to accept myself and my story without shame.

Because you are only free when you learn to love yourself fully.

And that journey for you might look different to mine, but I believe that it’s a journey we all need to take because it will change your life.

How you live your life, how you take care of yourself and how you contribute to the world is shaped by how you view and love yourself. And that all starts with choosing to heal.

Are you on a journey to finding home within yourself? Let’s go together 🥰 join me on metiyachique.com and read my blog on healing and coming home linked in bio 💚

Do you feel at home within yourself? 💚 After 3 ye Do you feel at home within yourself? 💚

After 3 years away from my country and my blog, I finally came back home to both… and to myself.

Since speaking about the childhood abuse I experienced, life has changed in so many ways. Healing wasn’t easy, and there were moments I felt lost, disconnected, and unsure if I’d ever feel safe within myself again.

But slowly, gently, I found my way back.

Now, wherever I go, I carry peace, love, and safety within my soul, and that has changed everything.

If you’ve been searching for home too, I hope this reminds you that healing is possible. You deserve peace, joy, softness, and the freedom to love every part of yourself without shame.

It’s so important to believe in your purpose and d It’s so important to believe in your purpose and define your own success. This is my 1000th post on instagram 🥳 I started metiyachique.com in 2016 and never thought that ten years later I would be sharing my journey of disclosing and healing from childhood abuse here.

You might not feel like your life has a purpose or direction, but the truth is all of us have a purpose that God created us for. Even the ugly parts of your story can’t stop the good plan God has for you.

I hope you never lose sight of the fact that you are destined, needed in the world and that you are enough 💛 just as you are.

Happy 1000 post to me 🥳🎈How has your IG journey been? #blackwomenhealing #healingjourney #grwmreel #bantuknotout #weddingguestdress
