Part of healing is getting to know who you really are, learning to enjoy the different parts of you and to love yourself fully. And all of that starts with catering to your joy. Your happiness is important, you deserve a life filled with joy and God wants you to be happy! But YOU have to believe that you deserve it, and choose to prioritise your joy just as much as youโ€™ve prioritised everyone and everything else in your life. As we end the year, ask yourself again: What makes me happy? Let me know whatโ€™s on your list for 2026. What new things do you want to try? What things did you discover this year that you want to do more of?
