This healing journey has had me unpacking everything, starting with the idea of where self-worth comes from… Many of us haven’t heard the phrases ‘you’re worthy’ or ‘you’re so deserving’ as we were growing up but it doesn’t mean that you are not those things. If nobody taught you your worth as a child, it’s not too late to teach yourself.
