If you have survived anything I want you to know h If you have survived anything I want you to know how brave you are, how remarkable and how beautiful!

As someone who carried shame for so many years that did not belong to me, I wish someone had told me that what happened to me as a child was not my fault.

Instead I buried it for years, subconsciously blaming myself and absorbing the lie that maybe I was the problem and wasn’t good enough. Now I know that healing is possible and you are worthy all the love and joy and freedom that you were never given.

You’ve come so far, you’ve fought so hard and you deserve to give yourself some grace. Remember to be kind to yourself this weekend, acknowledge how far you have come and celebrate your wins especially the small ones.

You are worthy and you are enough 💖

If you went through anything traumatic you might h If you went through anything traumatic you might have had to go into survival mode in order to survive. Maybe you didn’t have the opportunity to grieve what you lost and actually heal from the trauma experienced in your childhood and upbringing.

But now it’s time to reclaim that part of your story without shame and to embrace all the parts of you and show compassion for younger you who was so brave and strong to survive everything you experienced.

I’m so passionate about sharing this message because I carried shame for so long that didn’t belong to me. I want to help you to release that burden and I believe that you are more capable, braver and courageous than you give yourself credit for.

Let’s walk this healing journey together 🤍

You are so worthy of it.

You survived so much to get to where you are today You survived so much to get to where you are today, which is incredible and amazing but surviving was never your final form. You are more than just a survivor.

Now it’s time to reclaim your story and you do that by grieving what you lost and choosing to heal it.
This is the most difficult part and the reason why I share my story is because I felt so alone during my healing journey no one wanted to talk about trauma or any of the unglamorous topics of life. But we have to go through their feelings to get through to the healing.

So I wanna encourage you that this version of you the one choosing to heal is so important and the rewards are worth it - self- love, growth, boundaries and finally accepting yourself just as you are. It might get heavy sometimes, but you are gonna make it and girl is it gonna be worth it! Remember, you’re not just healing your breaking cycles and becoming the adult that younger you needed.

I’m so proud of you for taking this journey and I’m here to support you all the way 💗

You’re not taking an easy journey. Healing is on You’re not taking an easy journey. Healing is one the hardest things anyone can do. Especially when you’re the first one in your family to do it or when there’s no blueprint to follow. It makes it even harder when no one around you is on the same journey.

But it’s at those very times that you have to cheer even louder for yourself, show up even harder for you and applause louder for your inner child and the progress that you have made.

You are so brave and courageous for going on this journey and choosing to heal the wounds that you didn’t even create. I know how difficult and heavy and isolating this journey can be. But I want you to know that the pain of the journey is worth the healing you will experience. Please keep on going. It’s one of the hardest things you’ll ever do but it’s also the most rewarding and you are worth every ounce of peace joy and above all self love because no one can take that away from you.

I’m so proud of you and I’m with you on this journey all the way 💕
