God specialises in turning situations around!🙌🏿 Last September was one of the hardest seasons of my life as I finally faced and disclosed the abuse I had experienced in my childhood. THIS September I was invited to the 80th United Nations General Assembly in New York, New York!!!🗽😭 There is NOTHING that is impossible for God! Whatever hardship you’re experiencing right now, be assured that God has not left you. He is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit ❤️‍🩹 A man named Job in the bible lost almost everything he had, but he chose to trust God during the most difficult time of his life. And at the end of his trials, he received DOUBLE what he had lost. Trust God through your season right now and know that just like Job - your latter will be greater than your beginning. That means your best days are still ahead of you! God can bless you in ways that are bigger and better than anyone EVER imagined, even right now he is working for your good! You never know where you might end up in the next year, month or even hour. It ended up being a whole month of birthday blessings! But it’s also one year since I went through my healing journey and disclosed the abuse and assault I had experienced as a child. As I celebrate the incredible healing and breakthrough God has given me, I wanna encourage somebody that God has heard your prayers and ANSWERED them. You might be in a season of darkness right now but rest assured that the light in you is greater than the darkness of this world. You SHALL overcome. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. What you’re facing today will not destroy you and God has promised that the fire will not consume you, and that he will stand with you through it! 🙌🏿 Your latter will be greater than your beginning. And if you trust God with your pain, he will take what the enemy meant for over and turn it around for good. You’re not just a survivor but you’re MORE than a conqueror through Christ!
